This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the first respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.11393/2012/X1 dated .08.2012 signed by the first respondent on 21.08.2012 and quash the order appointing the third respondent therein and consequently direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Noon Meal Organizer at Nammangadu Panchayat Union Elementary School, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasion i.e., on 08.02.2024, none represented the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the case on 12.02.2024 under the caption "For Dismissal". Page No.2 of 4

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, it is crystal clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case and this Court has no other option except to dismiss this writ petition for non prosecution.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
