This application has been filed to direct the defendants to furnish security for the said sum namely suit claim or in the alternative to deposit Rs.7,92,68,310/- together with interest at 24% p.a. into Court to the credit of the suit.

Since the very dispute involved in this matter is with regard to retention of suit claim, this application cannot be entertained and the same is closed.

3. Post the Civil Suit No.45 of 2020 on 24.11.2020 for filing written statement.
