ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his representations dated 31.05.2025 and 04.06.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had submitted his representations dated 31.05.2025 and 04.06.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same have not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. Mr.R.Venkatatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of the fifth respondent.

4.Since no adverse order is being passed against respondents 6 to 9, notice to respondents 6 to 9 is dispensed with by this Court. 5.No prejudice will be caused to respondents 1 to 3 if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from respondents 6 to 9 as well as any other party whom respondents 1 to 3 deem it fit to enquire. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, respondents 1 to 3 are directed to issue notice to respondents 6 to 9 and also to any other party, whom respondents 1 to 3 deem it fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the fourth respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by respondents 1 to 3, the fifth respondent shall

render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.
