Second Appeals/Defendants COMMON PRAYER:- These Second Appeals filled under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure to call for the entire records in Judgment and decree dated 21.11.2011 passed in A.S.Nos.38 and 44 of 2010 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tiruvannamalai whereby set aside the Judgment and decree dated 30.07.2010 passed in O.S.No.84 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Munsif, Chengam, Tiruvannamalai District.
