This petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2024 and further directing the third respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb. 2.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in current paper No.310 of 2024 and the same has been closed on the same day. 3.

Considering the above submissions, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted and the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
