ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 6th respondent police to investigate and take appropriate action against the 1st to 5th respondent above named on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.02.2015 registered in C.S.R.No.55/CSR/G7PS-L&O/2015 on the file of the 6th respondent police station and to take necessary action including registering an FIR in accordance with law.

3. It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.55 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the sixth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.55 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
