Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. to modify the condition that the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a like sum of Rs.10,000/- each instead of the petitioner shall execute two sureties each for a like sum, of Rs.10,000/-, the sureties must be blood relatives of the petitioner. The two sureties shall furnish solvent certificate from Tahsildar for a like sum of Rs.10,000/- each imposed in Crl.MP.No.577 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II at Sangagiri dated 05.08.2020.
