ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 18.09.2009, made in W.P.No.30121 of 2008, has not been

complied with by the respondents, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader has produced a Government Order in G.O.(D) No.279, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (TP.1) Department, dated 6.11.2012 and submitted that the order in the writ petition has been complied with. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the consequential monitory benefits have not been paid so far.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the amount will be paid in due course.

4. Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed.
