ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.08.2020 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 22(c),23,28 and 29(1) of the NDPS Act, in R.R. No. 20 of 2020, on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner booked ecstasy pill 400 numbers made of MDMA, which is a drug. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner was in possession of ecstasy pill 400 numbers made of MDMA and the same was recovered from him. She would further submit that investigation is going on. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner was in possession of ecstasy pill 400 numbers made of MDMA which is of commercial quantity and the investigation has not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
