On the last occasion, the 1st revision petitioner appeared before this Court and made a submission that the petitioners will vacate the property and handover the vacant possession within a period of 15 days and he made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Hence, today, the matter has been posted under the caption "For compliance". But none of the parties have appeared before this Court today, for reporting compliance. 2.In view of the above, the respondents are directed to take out Execution Petition, based on the order passed by this Court on 05.04.2019, to evict the petitioners, who are in possession of the property. 3.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
