Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings dated 18.01.2018 vide No.4951/E2/2017 of the second respondent to quash the same and to appoint the Administrator/Commissioner to take over the affairs of the Tamil Nadu Kammavar Naidu Mahajana Sangam to enlist the voters and to conduct the election by giving necessary notice by following the bye-law of the Tamil Nadu Kammavar Naidu Mahajana Sangam.
