This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for causing the willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.16252 of 2021, dated 21.10.2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has filed an intra-Court appeal in W.A.No.1138 of 2022 before the Division Bench of this Court. An interim direction has also been passed by the Division Bench of this Court.
