ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for offence under section 353,447 & 170 of IPC in Crime Number.119 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court on perusing the FIR finds that the petitioner herein intruded into the Judicial Officers Quarters and tried to take photographs of the Judicial Officers.

3. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, which is not properly explained by the learned Counsel for the petitioner,this Court of the view that without taking him into custody, the man behind his action could not be traced.
