This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 255 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 255 days in filing the appeal is condonned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal and list the same after three weeks along with CMA.No.2486 of 2023.
