This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner in CSR No.125/2014 dated 11.11.2014 and to investigate on the complaint of the petitioner in the manner known to law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 11.11.2014 lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.125 of 2014 and the same was closed on 4.7.2015.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. The respondent is directed to serve a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
