This Court had directed the respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 26.09.2019. It is seen from records 1/3

that the respondent had already passed an order on 29.01.2020. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, this order was not passed on merits and therefore, the respondent has committed contempt. 2.

In the considered view of this Court, no contempt is made out as the representation was already considered by the respondent and if, the petitioner is so aggrieved by the said order of the respondent, the petitioner will have to challenge the same independently and the contempt petition does not lie and the same is closed.
