This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 255 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment dated 24.09.2019 made in MACT.O.P.No.192 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Villupuram.
2.Mr.E.C.Ramesh, learned counsel takes notice for the first and second respondents and submitted that she has no serious objections in allowing the above application.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the third and fourth respondents remained ex-parte before the Tribunal and therefore, requested this Court to dispense with the notice to the third and fourth respondents and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. 3.Heard both sides.
4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the fact that third and fourth respondents has no serious objections in allowing the present petition, and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for.
