W.P.No.32872 of 2012 and WMP No.33182 of 2022 Dr.ANITA SUMANTH, J.

Murungappakkam Kaviarasu Bharathiyar Nagar Manai Vangiyor Nalvazhu Sangam has filed an application seeking leave before the First Bench in W.A.SR.No.106915 of 2022 challenging order dated 26.08.2022.

2. While granting leave on 23.01.2023, the First Bench has directed that the Writ Appeal be listed for admission on 30.01.2023. Learned counsel states that the appeal is however yet to be listed.

3. In light of the above, WMP No.33182 of 2022, filed by the aforesaid third party seeking certified copies of the affidavit, Writ Petition, impugned order and final order copy is dismissed as being unnecessary.

4. Since the First Bench is now seized of the matter in the Writ Appeal filed by the third party, there is no necessity for this Writ Petition which has been disposed by order dated 26.08.2022, to be listed again any further before the single Judge for compliance, as this aspect of the matter is before the First Bench.
