ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and take action against the fourth respondent for the alleged irregularities committed by them.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent/HR & CE, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted on 21.02.2022 and the same is still pending.

3. Considering the fact that enquiry proceeding is pending on the petitioner's representation, the first respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the fourt respondent, within a period of six weeks from the the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
