ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 09.02.2021 for the offence under Sections 279, 337, 304(A) and 304(2) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.97 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner in a drunken mood had driven the vehicle in a rash and negligent manner due to which two lives were lost.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in the case.
4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
5.Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
