Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to relax condition imposed in the order dated 15.06.2015 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge in C.M.P.No.620 of 2014 in respect of the condition requiring the petitioner to appear before the concerned police station and sign daily at 10.00 a.m. and 5 p.m.

O R D E R

The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thirupur, has granted bail to the petitioner by an order dated 03.06.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.620 of 2015. While granting bail, the learned Principal Sessions Judge has imposed a condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and sign daily twice at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. The petition filed by the petitioner for relaxation of the condition in Crl.M.P.No.687 of 2015 was dismissed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge on 15.06.2015. Now the present petition is to relax the said condition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Recording the said submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.620 of 2015, dated 03.06.2015, is totally relaxed.
