ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a Memo, dated 21.01.2024, stating that in view of G.O.(Ms.)No.164, Corporation, Food and Consumer Protection (CC1) Department, dated 13.12.2023 and the consequential circular issued by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Na.Ka.No.24295/2023/ma.va.ko3, dated 21.12.2023, the petitioner would settle his loan dues out of Court. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Memo filed by the petitioner, dated 21.01.2024, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
