This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, J-9, Thoraipakkam Poice Station to provide police protection to the petitioner.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is a case and counter and that in both the petitions enquiry is pending in CSR No.212 of 2024 and CSR No.223 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, J-9, Thoraipakkam Police Station.
3.The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and the respondent Police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the judgment 3/6
in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC
353. On completion of the enquiry, the respondent Police shall take a decision regarding the further course of action.
