This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to withdraw the proceedings in O.P.No.645 of 2024 on the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur to the Principal Family Court at Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submitted that she has no objection to transfer this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition from the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur to the Principal Family Court at Coimbatore.

4. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the proceedings in O.P.No.645 of 2024 pending on the 2/5

file of the Sub-Court, Alandur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the the Principal Family Court at Coimbatore. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.03.2025 srn To
