ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Criminal Original Petition praying to issue appropriate direction to the first respondent herein to take legal action on the basis of his complaint dated 12.01.2015 given by him.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

Having regard to the nature of allegations made in the complaint dated 12.01.2014 of the petitioner, the respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry and if any cognisable offence is made out, further action shall be taken following the judgment of the Honourable Supreme Court in the case of (Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others) reported in (2014) 2 Supreme Court Cases 1.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
