This petition has been filed to relax the condition that '' the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, Chennai everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police everyday at 6.30 p.m. until further orders", imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27678 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in Paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27678 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024 is relaxed.
