The learned Government Advocate, appearing on behalf of the first respondent, as well as the learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent-Insurance Company, brought to the notice of this Court that in respect of the writ petitioner in the present writ petition, the medical reimbursement claim was settled in favour of the writ petitioner. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
