COMMON ORDER Ms.Rehana Begum, the learned counsel, who is representing Mr.T.R.Rajaraman, counsel for the petitioners on record, submitted that the respondents 1, 4 and 13 died. The petitioners have not furnished the details of the legal heirs of the deceased respondents. They have not given any instruction to implead the legal heirs of the deceased respondents on record. She reported no instructions and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
