O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, a suit in O.S.No.34 of 2016 was filed before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Additional District Munsif Court, Cuddalore and an order was passed in I.A.No.96/2016 on 13.04.2016. In view of the fact that the respective parties are in the process of adjudicating the issues before the competent Civil Court of Law, this Court is of an opinion that if any other grievances exists, it is for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.

2.In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
