This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.1108 of 2023 dated 20.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 5.30 p.m., until further orders.
