It is seen from the records that the application in A.No.3020 of 2020 which was filed for condoning the delay of 13 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the plaintiff in C.S.No.207 of 2017 was condoned on 10.12.2020. As a consequence, the applications to set aside the abatement as well as to bring on record his legal representatives viz., A.Nos.3021 and 3022 of 2020 are allowed.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant/ plaintiff in C.S.No.207 of to carryout necessary amendments consequent to the orders in A.No.3022 of 2020.
