Heard on the application to dispense with the production of the order dated 07.09.2021 made in W.P.No.22329 of 2017.

We are not convinced with the prayer. More so, when no efforts were made by the appellants, being the legal heirs of one of the party in the writ petition to obtain certified copy by making an application.

In view of the above, the appellants should first make an application to obtain certified copy and produce it. In case of any difficulty, they can press this application.

Accordingly, let the matter be listed after two weeks.
