No.9631 of 2018: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.52389/2004/K4 dated 21.01.2018 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to grant patta in favour of the petitioner for an extent of 3.00 acres out of 7.16 acres, comprised in Survey Nos.27/3 & 28/2 situated at Pattuthurai Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2018. Prayer in W.P. No.9632 of 2018: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.52389/2004/K4 dated 21.01.

2018 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to grant patta in favour of the petitioner for an extent of 3.00 acres out of 5.1 acres, comprised in Survey Nos.613/2B2, situated at Siruvatchur Revenue Village, Authur Taluk, Salem District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2018.
