This petition is filed to accept the cause title and implead the petitioners 8 to 11 as legal heirs of Devendran in the place of Devendran (since deceased) in the second appeal in SR.No.99065 of 2017.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to number the second appeal if the papers are otherwise in order.
