O R D E R
This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed by the Special Judge under TNPID Act, Chennai, vide order dated 17.05.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.559 of 2017.
2. While granting bail in respect of the offence under sections 406, 420, 120(B) IPC and Section 5 of TNPID Act, the lower Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1 crore to the credit of the case.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the imposition of such a condition is onerous and it would amount to bail being declined and therefore, the condition has to be cancelled. It is already brought to the notice of the Court that already property worth 3 crores has been attached.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner atleast wants modification of the condition No.2 .

5. In the stated circumstances, condition No.2 of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.559 of 2017 by the learned Special Judge under TNPID Act, Chennai 104 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) to the credit of the case. Except the above said modification, other conditions shall stand unaltered.
6. With the above modification, this petition is disposed of.
