This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.81 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that pursuant to the investigation made by the 1st respondent in Crime No.81 of 2021, Final Report has been filed against A1 and A2, before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Alandur. 3.In view of the above submission, the prayer in the above quash petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
