Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to exempt the petitioner from payment of Court fee of Rs.60,848/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand and Eight Hundred Forty Eight only) for the present and permit me to present the petition (IN CMP.No.7357 of 2022) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PASUPATHY, Advocate for the Petitioners, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking exemption from payment of Court Fee.

2. The petitioners are the claimants in MCOP.No.1196 of 2015. The Tribunal has awarded Rs.38,15,000/- against the claim of Rs.1 Crore. Seeking enhancement, the present appeal has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. This petition has been filed seeking exemption from payment of Court Fee. Since the Tribunal has already granted decree in favour of the petitioners by awarding Rs.38,15,000/-, we find no reason to give exemption.
