ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the violation and disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.14655 of 2017, dated 02.08.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.Vetrivel Rajan, the Inspector of Police, Prevention of Land Grabbing Cell, Krishnagiri/ respondent is personally present before this Court and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been closed on 07.11.2017.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report in accordance with law.
