This petition is filed to withdraw the suit in O.S.No.6107 of 2021 pending on the file of XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and transfer the same to XX Additional City Civil Court, Allikulam for Joint Trial with O.S.No.4853 of 2021. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submitted that he has no objection to transfer the suit in O.S.No.6107 of 2021 pending on the file of XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
file of XX Additional City Civil Court, Allikulam for Joint Trial along with O.S.No.4853 of 2021.
3.In view of the no objection having been stated by the learned counsel for the Respondents, without deciding the issue on merits, this Petition needs to be allowed. 4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The suit in O.S.No.6107 of 2021 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and transferred to the file of XX Additional City Civil Court, Allikulam. The learned Judge, XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to O.S.No.6107 of 2021 to the file of XX Additional City Civil Court, Allikulam, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the learned Judge, XX Additional City Civil Court, Allikulam is directed to dispose of the O.S.No.6107 of 2021 and O.S.No.4853 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
