This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the criminal revision as against order dated 23.08.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.3963 of 2024 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 22 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
