This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in tentative provisional list of candidates called for certificate verification for the recruitment of Post Graduate Assistants for the year 2011-2012 (ortho/blind) list dated 24.10.2012 issued by the second respondent.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent submitted that subsequently on 11.01.2013, the petitioner name has been added in the selection list. 2/4
3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
