The learned counsel for the petitioner has reported that the sole petitioner is reported dead. Though sufficient opportunities were given to the petitioner's counsel, till date, no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased. Hence, this Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as abated with liberty to move appropriate application, if the legal heirs of the petitioner warrants so to do. No costs.
