The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 15.09.2017 of this Court made in Crl.OP. No. 19379 of 2017
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 15.09.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint came to be closed on 09.11.2017.
3. In view of the closure of the complaint and the same having been intimated to the petitioner, I do not find this is the case of willful disobedience. Hence, the Contempt Petition stand closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, if she so choses to do.
