This petition has been filed to implead one C.Balasubramaniam, S/o.Chinnaraj, Munisamynaidu Thottam, Puliampatti, Pollachi - 642 002, Coimbatore District, as the legal representative of the deceased second respondent in the writ petition.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the same is ordered and C.Balasubramaniam is impleaded as second respondent in the place of deceased Rasa Gounder @ Chinnaraj.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the papers.
