ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Emelda Nancy, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.
4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
