C.M.P.No. 7664 of 2018 in S.A. No. 487 of 2016 V.BHARATHIDASAN,J.

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as a proposed 19th respondent in the above appeal.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/proposed 19th respondent submitted that he is the subsequent purchaser, who has purchased the suit property from the title holder in the year 1995, is necessarily be impleaded as a party in the above appeal. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that he has no serious objection to implead the petitioner as 19th respondent in the above appeal and allowing this petition.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out amendment in the cause title.
