The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to conduct an enquiry based on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2016 and to take appropriate action against the third respondent.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2016 was considered and orders came to be passed.
4. In such a view of the matter, the respondents are directed to serve a copy of the said order to the petitioner, if not served earlier.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
