2. There is a delay of 44 days, that deserves to be condoned, keeping in view the issue which has been raised.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader has drawn the attention of the Court to the order passed in W.A.No.3951 of 2019, dated 25.11.2019.

4. The delay is accordingly condoned, as sufficient cause has been shown.

5. The writ appeal shall be treated to be within time and shall be given the regular number.
