Ms.S.Ramya Revathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Since this writ petition is being disposed of, without affecting the interest of the respondents 4 & 5, notice to the those respondents is dispensed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 09.02.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought for cancellation of Patta in the name of the respondents 4 & 5 and consequently, to issue Patta in his favour.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said request has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the third respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 & 5 and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the third respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
