Petition under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in implementing the order of the court passed in W.P.No.694 of 2015, dated 9.1.2015.

O R D E R

The petitioner in W.P.Nos.694 and 695 of 2015, has filed the above contempt petition contending that the respondents have willfully disobeyed the orders of this court passed in the above writ petitions.

2. On a perusal of the materials available on record, it could be seen that pursuant to the orders of this court in the writ petitions, the petitioner submitted additional representation before the respondents and the respondents also passed an order on 24.1.2015. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have not applied their mind, therefore, it amounts to contempt.

3. Since the respondent have complied with the orders of this court, I do not find any reason to entertain this contempt petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved

over the order passed by the respondents on 24.1.2015, it is always open to him to challenge the order in accordance with law.

4. In these circumstances, the contempt petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
